SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

COSMECLINIK offers free shipping within the Iberian Peninsula for orders over € 50. The shipping cost for orders below this minimum amount is € 4.95.

Free shipping is offered to the Balearic Islands for orders over € 80. The shipping costs for orders less than € 80 is € 9.95.

Free shipping is offered to the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla for orders over € 100. The shipping costs for orders less than € 100 is € 14.95.

Free shipping is offered to Portugal for orders over € 100. The shipping costs for orders less than € 100 is € 9.95.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

NOTE: Orders already processed or served cannot be cancelled and must be returned via the return process. Orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed or served yet. You may cancel any order before 12:00 p.m. on the day it is processed.

The estimated delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the time of day the customer has placed the order on our website. Orders to Ceuta and Melilla may take an additional 24 to 48 hours.

The estimated delivery time for orders to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands is between 5 and 9 business days.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

Up to two delivery attempts will be made. If the order cannot be delivered after the second attempt, it will be returned to COSMECLINIK.

In the purchase process, you can select the address that you would like to use for delivery and include comments for the carrier. In the event that the address provided in the order is not correct, we cannot assume responsibility for recovery of the order. Please verify the address you enter to avoid any problems.

Return Conditions

In the event that you receive an order with defective packaging (broken or visibly damaged) you should not accept it from the courier company. Afterwards, you should contact COSMECLINIK using the following email: cosmeclinik@cosmeclinik.com and indicate the order number and delivery address. This will expedite the return process.

If the product purchased is in poor condition or is defective, we promise to exchange it at no additional cost as long as the customer notifies us within seven days of receipt of the item. In this event, the customer must send us the product in poor condition. Once we verify that it has not been tampered with, we will exchange it for another product of the same brand and characteristics at no additional cost.

Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the order, he or she has 14 days to return it, counted from the receipt of the item. The customer must notify COSMECLINIK via email at cosmeclinik@cosmeclinik.com the reasons for the return and attach a photo showing the condition of the product. For returns, the shipping and collection costs are paid by the customer. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we have received it and verified that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount by the same method of payment as that used by the customer.

In order to be able to carry out any warranty or return action, do not forget that you must provide us with the order number and your address as well as the reason for the return. For warranty or return actions, please contact us at the following email address: cosmeclinik@cosmeclinik.com.

COSMECLINIK reserves the right not to accept returns of certain items on hygienic grounds or for any other reason it deems appropriate.

NOTE: Please do not return defective products without first notifying COSMECLINIK by email at cosmeclinik@cosmeclinik.com.

Cancellation Conditions

If you want to cancel an order for reasons attributable to the logistics department, you may do so until 12:00 noon on the same day you made the purchase. Email us as soon as possible at cosmeclinik@cosmeclinik.com and indicate the order number. In the event that your order has not been served, we will refund the amount of the purchase.

After that deadline has passed, you should start the return process explained above (See return conditions described for "If you are not satisfied with your order").

Payment methods at www.cosmeclinik.com

When placing an order with COSMECLINIK, you can choose between several payment methods to make the purchase process as easy as possible. Below, you will find all the details so that you can choose the method that best suits you (credit card payment, bank transfer or PayPal).

Keep in mind that orders placed on our website are processed in a very secure manner.

Payment by Credit Card

For payment by credit card, we use V.me by VISA, a digital wallet that makes payments through our website safe and simple for buyers.

Once you have chosen the products you want and placed them in your shopping cart, choose the option "Pay with your card" and click on "Checkout" button to be redirected to the payment website and proceed with secure payment by credit card.

Fill in your credit card information on the V.me by VISA website to complete your purchase.

Also, in “My Account” section, you can check that your order has been processed successfully. In your order you will be given the option to pay for it or cancel. If you have successfully completed the order and viewed the previous message, do not pay for the order again. On the other hand, if you do not wish to place the order, you should cancel it before it is verified. Once verified, you will have to use the cancellation process explained in "Return policies".

Payment by Bank Transfer

A bank transfer will be made for the total amount of the order.

When requesting the payment by bank wire method, all the information required to make the transfer will be provided.

It is extremely important that in the REMITENTE (“Send”) or ORDENANTE (“Place Order”) field you provide the following information:

Order number – Your name and surname(s).

For example: x67485yui – José Martín.

Once the order is placed, you will have three working days to make the bank transfer. The order will not be considered complete until the transfer is confirmed. Delivery times are counted from confirmation of payment. Please bear in mind that payments made by bank transfer may take 1 to 3 days longer.

In case of cancellation of an order already paid by bank transfer, the customer must indicate the account number where the reimbursement is to be deposited.

The refund will be made within seven working days from the cancellation request.

Payment by PayPal

PayPal is a secure payment processing service that allows you to make purchases online. On our website, you can use PayPal to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), debit card or E-check (i.e. using your usual bank account).

How to pay by PayPal

To make a payment using this method you do not need you have a PayPal account before placing an order on our website. The process is as follows:

On the My Cart page, press “Click here” to pay with PayPal Express Checkout after reviewing your products. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal’s website.

If you have a PayPal account, log in and make your payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to create one, select the option “NO DISPONE DE UNA CUENTA EN PAYPAL” (I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT) – “Pay with debit or credit card”.

Once the PayPal payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

NOTE: In the PayPal confirmation email, COSMECLINIK will be the beneficiary of the payment for your order.

Advantages of paying with PayPal:

- You can track the status of your payment through your PayPal account.

- You do not have to use your credit card online; you can choose to make a transfer directly from your bank account.

- If you choose to use your credit card through PayPal, COSMECLINIK will not have access to your credit card number which reduces the risk of unauthorized use.
