Cosmeclinik Atopic skin shower gel

Atopic skins are very sensitive skins. They are characterized by excessive dryness, sensitivity or reactivity, manifested with signs that generate discomfort, pruritus, dry skin and eczema in the skin.  All this results in a lower quality of life of patients.

Properties:

Cosmeclinik Shower Gel without Soap from an ultra-soft formula with nonionic surfactants which performs a dual effect on the skin: gently cleans, soothes and moisturizes.

Ingredients:

• Polidocanol.
• Vitamin F
• Pantenol.

Composition:

POLIDOCANOL: A molecule that as a topical anesthetic acts locally reversibly on receptors and on the conduction of nerve fibers.

It has local anesthetic properties and in dermatology it is used to relieve itching.

VITAMIN F: Vitamin F is commonly known as the mixture of essential fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6. It is widely known to accelerate epidermal regeneration, restore the lipids’ layer and improving the protection mechanisms of the skin. The Omega 3 fatty acid is important in maintaining the barrier function as well as limiting skin inflammatory reactions, being responsible for the synthesis of the prostaglandins and other swelling mediators.

The Omega 6 fatty acids reduce intradermal water losses and hyper cell proliferation. They also play an important role in the barrier function being essential in the formation of the O-acilceramides, they stabilize the bilayer of the stratum corneum, stabilizing the lamellar structure.

PANTENOL: Stable form of vitamin B5, it has numerous benefits, including increased epidermal mitotic activity, the stimulation of fibroblast growth and promoting protein synthesis, facilitating the synthesis of collagen and connective tissue in the dermis, or preventing excessive inflammatory response in damaged skin. And besides, it is a good moisturizing.

Excipients:

Cleansing base with very mild surfactants of natural origin, non-sensitizing and which do not cause dry skin.

It does not contain sulfates, or allergens, and its preservative system has been chosen to minimize the risk of allergic reactions.

Free from Soaps with sulfates, parabens, formaldehyde donors, Silicones, Allergens and Alcohol.

Directions for use::

Apply on wet skin, rub gently and remove with water. Avoid contact with the eyes. For best results it is recommended to use the Cosmeclinik cream for atopic skins after showering.
